Serendipity - the parallel universe of destiny that fairly intersects

Serendipity- a fortunate accident or I must say a love story in which you want to involve yourself again and again. A movie around the idea “Destiny has it all planned”,  based on fate and the hope of meeting that one face whom you want to see in your dreamy castle and every time you feel that they should be besides you.

Two lovers or I should say strangers meet each other at a store just 5 days before Christmas and a pair of black gloves becomes the reason for the upcoming life events. As a girl, one is conscious about her mates and new mates in a city like New York and Sara, the protagonist, is having the same dreamy thoughts abut this guy(Jonathan) she recently met. Doubting her thoughts, she is preserved and reluctant to share any personal stuff like the 'magic digits of her cell'. Being a good conversation she is still moulded by the clouds of doubt and for this reason she leave the decision on to her destiny.

To her surprise they meet again on the same night and Sara asks Jon to write his name and phone number on a 5$ note which she gives to a shopkeeper. She believes if they are meant to be together then the note will come back to her. Similarly, Sara writes her information on the book and sells it the very next day just for Jon to find it.

Years pass by, both Jonathan and Sara move on. Jon was to marry Halley and the wedding was to take place in 5 days and Sara was to marry Lars. But after so many years both were still looking for the note and the book to get in touch with each other. To try for the last time, Sara comes to New York and starts finding him everywhere she could. Jon also wanted to give a last chance to his life. But unfortunately, they both just got unluckily and couldn’t meet.

But destiny had thought of something else. Just a day before wedding Jon finds out the book which Halley presented to him as a wedding gift and Sara too finds the note. Jon calls off the wedding and goes to the place where he spent moments with Sara and Sara also ends up coming there and they get married and lived happily.

The storyline is good but could have been better if there could have been more elements. Actors have done justification with their roles. The direction and choice of places is commendable. All I can say is this is a must watch if you believe in Destiny.
